Our Story
We are Noble Hardwoods SC. We started this business in 2020 during the lumber industry pricing influx. At that specific time, I, Michelle, was also looking for a way to help aid my maternity leave. We, Jim (my dad!) and I, saw the chance to purchase lumber from a closing sawmill in North Carolina and jumped on the opportunity to bring it here locally to South Carolina. The lumber market, in large due to the whole economy being affected by COVID, was struggling to keep up with demands as well as keeping prices reasonable. This was our way to help the local market and local woodworkers find affordable wood and also help support my growing family. So that is our story! We've mostly sold through Facebook marketplace but after more than 2 years we decided it was time to "get serious" and create a website!
Over the last 3 plus years we have sold more than 25,000 board feet of lumber, as well as met some great people. We love serving this industry. Check us out on Facebook and Instagram for updates!
